Our property portfolio consists of 250 studios all located in key areas of Lausanne. Our prices vary between CHF 700 and 900 depending on the size and location of each property. Each studio is comfortably furnished and has a private bathroom and kitchenette. This accommodation includes a para-hotel service which includes a weekly cleaning service as well as the supply and change of bedding and towels. These services are included in the basic monthly rent.
